SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How it works
GERMANY
We ship within Germany using a parcel service. This is currently GLS.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of 5.00 euros per package for postage and packaging.
The flat rate shipping fee is charged up to a purchase value of 50.00 euros.
For purchases over 50.00 euros, we no longer charge a flat rate shipping fee!
EU (excluding Germany)
We ship within the EU (excluding Germany) using a parcel service. This is currently GLS.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of 16.95 euros per package for postage and packaging.
The flat rate shipping fee is charged up to a purchase value of 150.00 euros.
For purchases over 150.00 euros, we no longer charge a flat rate shipping fee!
Outside the EU
For orders placed outside the EU, please ask for the current delivery conditions!
RETURN CONDITIONS
A few short steps
As a customer, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving any reason! All you need to do is clearly state that you want to withdraw from the purchase.
Do not simply send the goods back, but please contact us.
If the reason for the return is not an obvious defect (quality defect, we sent the wrong product), the buyer must bear the costs of the return.
